The investment seeks to provide long-term capital appreciation with an emphasis on absolute (positive) returns and low correlation to traditional financial market indices such as the S&P 500® Index. The fund utilizes a "multi-manager" approach whereby the fund's assets are allocated to one or more sub-advisers ("Sub-Advisers") in percentages determined at the discretion of the fund's investment adviser. The Adviser also manages a portion of the fund's assets and monitors Sub-Adviser trading with the dual objectives of maximizing each Sub-Adviser's investment flexibility and assuring that the fund as a whole complies with investment restrictions.
