Summary

The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund seeks to achieve its objective by investing its assets in a mix of underlying affiliated and unaffiliated mutual funds and exchange-traded funds ("ETFs") (collectively, "underlying funds"). Applying an innovative, institutional-level approach to investing, the fund invests in a diversified portfolio of alternative asset classes including managed futures, global real estate, global infrastructure, natural resources, commodities, currencies, and floating rate securities. While the fund is non-diversified, it invests in diversified underlying holdings.
