Summary

The investment seeks current income. The fund actively allocates assets across multiple income producing asset classes and strategies. It is organized into two portfolios: (i) a high income portfolio (the High Income Portfolio) designed to seek income and increase in value during periods of economic strength, and (ii) a government bond portfolio (the Government Bond Portfolio) which will hold assets that are expected to provide income and increase in value during periods of economic stress. The fund may invest all of its assets in securities or loans of issuers located in foreign countries, which may locate in emerging market countries.
