Summary

The investment seeks to maximize return through income and capital appreciation. The fund invests primarily in various types of U.S. dollar denominated and non-U.S. dollar denominated fixed income securities. It may invest up to 70% of its net assets in securities not rated in the Baa or BBB categories or above at the time of purchase by one or more Nationally Recognized Statistical Rating Organizations or unrated securities of comparable quality at the time of purchase. Under normal market conditions, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in securities of issuers representing at least three countries. It is non-diversified.
