The fund invests 80% of net assets in California municipal securities. It invests 25% of total assets in junk bonds. The fund does not limit its investments to securities of a particular maturity range, and may hold both short- and long-term securities. It can expose up to 20% of total assets to the effects of leverage from its investments in inverse floaters. The fund is non-diversified.
