Summary
The investment seeks a high level of current interest income exempt from federal and Massachusetts state income taxes for individual investors as is consistent with preservation of capital. The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets in securities the income from which, in the opinion of counsel to the issuer of each security, is exempt from both federal and Massachusetts state income tax.
