The investment seeks to provide as high a level of current income exempt from federal income tax as the Advisor believes is consistent with the preservation of capital. The fund invests primarily in municipal bonds and other securities the income from which is exempt from federal income tax. It will, under normal circumstances, invest at least 80% of its net assets in securities the income from which is exempt from federal income tax, including the Alternative Minimum Tax. The fund's investments will be limited to investment grade securities that rated BBB or above.
