Summary

The investment seeks to provide current income that is exempt from federal income tax. The fund invests no-load, institutional, and exchange-traded funds that are registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940 and not affiliated with the fund ("portfolio funds") or making direct investments in portfolio securities based upon institutional research, recommendations, and trading signals from investment model managers or other third-party research providers. It will invest at least 80% of the fund's net assets in municipal bonds that generate income exempt from federal income taxes or portfolio funds that invest in such municipal bonds.
