The investment seeks to provide, consistent with prudent portfolio management, the highest level of income exempt from federal and New Jersey state income taxes. The fund normally invests at least 80% of net assets in bonds that pay interest exempt from federal and New Jersey state income taxes, and at least 80% of the fund's income is expected to be exempt from federal and New Jersey state income taxes. Its weighted average maturity is expected to normally exceed 10 years. The fund may invest up to 10% of its total assets in noninvestment-grade securities. It is non-diversified.
