Summary

The investment seeks to provide current income exempt from regular federal income tax and Pennsylvania state and local taxes in the form of an investment exempt from Pennsylvania personal property taxes, and limited principal fluctuation. The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in municipal obligations that are exempt from regular federal income tax and the state taxes. It may invest without limit in obligations the income from which is subject to the federal alternative minimum tax. At least 75% of net assets normally will be invested in municipal obligations rated at least investment grade. The fund is non-diversified.
