The investment seeks to provide current income exempt from federal regular income tax (federal regular income tax does not include the federal alternative minimum tax (AMT)) and the personal income taxes imposed by the state of Pennsylvania and Pennsylvania municipalities. The fund invests its assets so that, normally (except as discussed herein), distributions of annual interest income are exempt from federal regular income tax and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania personal income tax. It is non-diversified.
