Summary
The investment seeks to provide current income exempt from federal income taxes and from the personal income taxes of Virginia, to preserve capital, to limit credit risk and to take advantage of opportunities to increase income and enhance the value of the investment. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the fund's total assets will be invested in Virginia tax-exempt securities and at least 80% of the fund's annual income will be exempt from federal income tax and excluded from the calculation of the federal alternative minimum tax. Its portfolio duration will range between 2 and 10 years. The fund is non-diversified.
