Summary

The investment seeks as high a level of current income exempt from Federal income tax as is consistent with preservation of capital. The fund normally invests at least 80% of the value of its net assets in intermediate and long-term tax-exempt obligations of the State of New Jersey and its political subdivisions, agencies, instrumentalities and authorities, including regional governmental authorities. It may also invest in U.S. government obligations issued or guaranteed by the U.S. government, its agencies and instrumentalities. The fund expects to maintain a dollar-weighted average maturity of 3 to 10 years. It is non-diversified.
