It generally invests in equity securities of domestic and foreign, including emerging market, natural resources companies. The equity securities in which the fund may invest include common stocks, preferred stocks, American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs"), Global Depositary Receipts ("GDRs"), convertible securities, warrants and rights, and master limited partnerships ("MLPs").
