The investment seeks a high total return. The fund invests at least 80% of its assets in (i) companies across the energy supply chain spectrum, including upstream, midstream and downstream energy companies as well as oil and gas services companies, and (ii) energy-intensive chemical, metal and industrial and manufacturing companies and engineering and construction companies that the Investment Adviser expects to benefit from growing energy production and lower feedstock costs relative to global costs and, (iii) transportation and logistics companies providing solutions to the U.S. manufacturing industry. It is non-diversified.
