Summary

The investment seeks high current income. The fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by implementing a "market neutral" investment strategy whereby it seeks income from its investments while maintaining a low correlation to the foreign and domestic equity and bond markets. It will invest its cash in excess of the amount required for futures collateral primarily in fixed income securities, including domestic and foreign treasury bills, floating rate securities, certificates of deposit, commercial paper and corporate debt.
