The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in a portfolio of fixed income securities and/or investments that provide exposure to fixed income securities that are investment grade (medium and high quality), and are considered by the fund to have the potential to achieve a positive total return. Investment grade securities are securities rated Baa3 or BBB- or above by Moody's or S&P, respectively, a similar rating from a recognized agency, or unrated securities deemed comparable by the fund. The fund is non-diversified.
