The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its net assets, which include borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities of small capitalization companies located in the Asian countries of China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.
