The investment seeks to provide investors with dividend income and long-term capital growth. The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in dividend-producing equity securities of Asia Pacific companies. It will invest in at least four different countries. The Advisor will invest the fund's assets in securities of all market capitalization companies that are dividend-producing and in companies domiciled in the Asia Pacific region, including, potentially, companies domiciled or traded in emerging markets. The fund is non-diversified.
