The investment seeks total return through a combination of high current income relative to equity investment alternatives, plus long-term growth of capital. The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets plus borrowings for investment purposes, if any, in securities of issuers engaged primarily in the real estate industry such as real estate investment trusts ("REITs"), master limited partnerships and other real estate firms. It may invest in both U.S. and non-U.S. real estate securities as well as companies located in emerging and frontier market countries. The fund is non-diversified.
