The investment seeks a risk-adjusted total return over the long term by investing primarily in real estate securities. The fund normally invests at least 80% of assets in securities of publicly traded real estate companies operating in the United States. It intends to allocate investments across securities of publicly traded real estate companies and cash as follows: 25-75% common stock, 25-75% senior securities and cash. The fund may also invest up to 20% of its Assets in cash and cash equivalents including U.S. government obligations and securities. It is non-diversified.
