Summary

The investment seeks to achieve a primary objective of high current income with a secondary objective of long-term capital growth through investment in the shares of publicly traded real estate securities. The fund invests at least 80% of its assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities of companies principally engaged in the real estate industry and other real estate related investments. These include securities issued by real estate investment trusts ("REITs") and real estate operating companies. It does not invest in real estate directly. The fund is non-diversified.
