Summary

The investment seeks to seek current income consistent with liquidity and preservation of capital. The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in U.S. Treasury bills, notes, trust receipts and direct obligations of the U.S. Treasury, including securities fully guaranteed by the U.S. Treasury, and repurchase agreements secured by direct Treasury obligations. It invests in a portfolio of securities maturing in 397 days or less from the date of purchase (with certain exceptions) that will have a dollar-weighted average maturity of 90 days or less.
