The investment seeks current income while seeking to maintain a low volatility of principal. The fund will generally invest at least 95% of its assets in the securities of issuers with the highest short-term credit rating by Moody's Investors Service Inc. (Moody's), Standard & Poor's Corporation (S&P) or Fitch Rating (Fitch), respectively, or the equivalent by another nationally recognized statistical rating organization (NRSRO), or, if the investment is unrated, deemed by J.P. Morgan Investment Management Inc. (JPMIM or the adviser) to be of comparable quality at the time of investment.
