The investment seeks to provide current income and gains; long-term growth of capital is a secondary objective. The fund is a non-diversified fund that invests all of its investable assets in the Alternative Income Portfolio, a series of Kinetics Portfolios Trust. Under normal circumstances, the Alternative Income Portfolio will hold a diversified portfolio of primarily fixed income securities and implement an equity put writing option strategy intended to generate returns from the receipt of option premiums. The Portfolio may invest up to 100% of its net assets in fixed income securities. The fund is non-diversified.
