Summary

The investment seeks to provide long-term capital appreciation. Under normal conditions, the fund invests at least 80% of its assets in common stocks and other equity securities of small-cap companies with market capitalizations of less than $6 billion at the time of acquisition which the portfolio managers believe are undervalued.
