Summary

The investment seeks to maximize long-term return on capital. The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes in securities of small cap companies. It considers small cap companies to be those issuers having market capitalizations of between $50 million and $1 billion, measured at the time of purchase. The fund may invest in the securities of both domestic and foreign issuers. It will attempt to remain fully invested in common stocks and securities that are convertible into common stocks, such as convertible bonds and convertible preferred stocks. It is non-diversified.
