Summary

The investment seeks maximum long-term total return. The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus borrowings for investment purposes) in U.S.-listed equity securities of companies with small market capitalizations ("80% Policy"). Such securities may be issued by companies that are organized in the U.S. or those organized in a foreign jurisdiction. U.S.-listed equities also include real estate investment trusts ("REITs"). For these purposes, small market capitalization companies are those with market capitalizations that are similar, at the time of their purchase, to those of the Russell 2000® Index or the S&P SmallCap 600® Index.
