The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund invests primarily in stocks of U.S. small capitalization companies that the Adviser believes have improving earnings growth potential and attractive valuation. It normally invests at least 80% of net assets plus borrowings in equity securities of small capitalization companies. The fund may invest up to 20% of assets in foreign securities, including American Depositary Receipts in addition to holdings in primarily U.S. small-cap equity securities.
