Summary
The investment seeks to replicate the returns and characteristics of a small cap index. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in securities listed in the Russell 2000® Index (the "Index"). It intends to invest substantially all of its assets in securities of companies included in the index and close substitutes (such as index futures contracts) that are designed to track the index. The index measures the performance of the 2,000 smallest companies (based on total market capitalization) in the Russell 3000® Index.
