The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets in the equity securities of micro-cap companies, a universe of more than 3,000 companies with stock market capitalizations up to $750 million. Although the fund normally focuses on the securities of U.S. companies, it may invest up to 35% of its net assets in foreign securities. The fund may also invest up to 10% of its net assets in the securities of companies that are headquartered in "developing countries."
