Summary

The investment seeks to replicate the performance of small-sized U.S. companies as measured by the S&P SmallCap 600 Stock Index. The S&P SmallCap 600 Index includes common stocks of 600 small U.S. companies from a broad range of industries. The fund is passively managed. It invests primarily in the stocks that make up the S&P SmallCap 600 Index so that the weighting of each stock in the portfolio approximates the index. The fund normally invests at least 80% of its total assets (which includes the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in the underlying stocks.
