Summary

The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund seeks to outperform the Russell 2000® Index. It invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in the common stocks of "small cap companies." A small cap company is defined by TFS Capital LLC (the "Adviser") as a company whose market capitalization, at the time of purchase, is no larger than that of the largest company included in the Russell 2000® Index and no smaller than that of the smallest company included in the Russell 2000® Index. The fund will primarily invest in common stocks of small cap companies that are traded on U.S. exchanges.
