The investment seeks capital appreciation. The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities of micro-capitalization companies. In addition, it may invest in American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs"). The fund expects that typically 10% or less of the fund's total asset value will be invested in ADRs, as determined at the time of investment. The Adviser may invest in both growth and value stocks.
