Summary

The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund invests primarily in common stocks of small and mid capitalization companies that the Advisor believes have the potential for capital appreciation. Small and mid capitalization companies are defined by the Advisor as those with market capitalizations of $4 billion or less at the time of purchase. It typically invests in 40 to 50 companies. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in U.S. common stocks of small and mid capitalization companies, as defined above.
