The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund invests primarily in the common stock of micro-cap companies that appear to be undervalued. Under normal circumstances at least eighty percent (80%) of the value of the fund's net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, is invested in micro-cap companies. It currently considers "micro-cap companies" to be those companies included in, or similar in size to those included in its benchmark index, the Russell Microcap® Index, at the time of purchase.
