The investment seeks long-term growth of capital. The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes in a portfolio of domestic common stocks of small cap companies. The Advisor defines "small cap" companies as companies with a total market capitalization between $150 million and $2 billion at the time of purchase. It is anticipated that, under normal circumstances, there will be between 15 to 25 stocks in the portfolio of the fund. The fund may invest up to 20% of its net assets in foreign securities. It is non-diversified.
