The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund invests primarily in common stocks believed to be priced at a discount to their true value according to the Adviser's criteria for value. It may invest in common stocks of companies of any capitalization and, under normal circumstances, will emphasize investments in mid-capitalization ("mid-cap"), small capitalization ("small-cap") and micro capitalization ("micro-cap") companies. Under normal circumstances, all of the fund's equity investments and at least 80% of its net assets will be invested in companies meeting the fund's religious criteria.
