Summary
The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. To achieve its investment objective, the fund invests primarily in a diversified portfolio of publicly traded equity securities of domestic companies that the Advisor believes are undervalued. The companies will be characterized as small capitalization and may be unseasoned or established companies.
