Summary

The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. To achieve its investment objective, the fund invests primarily in a diversified portfolio of publicly traded equity securities of domestic companies that the Advisor believes are undervalued. As a matter of investment policy, the fund will generally invest so that, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the value of its net assets, plus the amount of borrowings for investment purposes, are invested in publicly traded equity securities.
