Summary

The investment seeks to generate dividend income and the secondary objective is to seek capital appreciation. Under normal market conditions, the fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its net assets in a diversified portfolio of dividend paying securities. In general, it invests within a potentially wide range of net exposures of companies that pay dividends, meaning that normally the fund invests approximately 80% to 100% of its net assets in net long positions in securities that the adviser deems to be under-priced.
