The fund invests in securities that the adviser believes, in combination, should have similar return characteristics as the return of the index. It is an unmanaged float-adjusted, market capitalization weighted index comprising of stocks representing approximately half the market capitalization of the S&P SmallCap 600 that have been identified as being on the value end of the growth-value spectrum. It is a float adjusted, market capitalization weighted index of 600 U.S. operating companies.
