Summary
The investment seeks long-term capital growth. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its assets in equity securities of small-cap companies. It primarily invests in common stock of small-cap companies. The sub-adviser defines small-cap companies as companies with market capitalizations between $150 million and $3.5 billion at the time of purchase. The fund may invest up to 15% of its assets in common stocks of foreign small- and mid-companies through the purchase of American Depositary Receipts ("ADR"s) or foreign domiciled companies listed on U.S. stock exchanges.
