The investment seeks current income and long-term capital appreciation. The fund will invest at least 25% (with a target of approximately 40% to 60%) of its net assets in the equity securities of domestic and foreign dividend-paying companies of any size market capitalization, and at least 25% (with a target of approximately 40% to 50%) of its net assets in domestic and foreign fixed income securities. It may invest without limitation in securities of foreign issuers, and may invest up to 50% of its net assets in the securities of issuers in emerging markets.
