The investment seeks to offer a high total return consistent with the fund's current asset allocation. The fund invests in a combination of other Vantagepoint Funds designed for investors who retired in or around the year 2010. It invests in a combination of equity investments, fixed income investments, and investments in asset classes and strategies that have historically exhibited a low correlation to traditional fixed income and equity investments that the adviser believes to be appropriate.
