Summary

The investment seeks to achieve as high a total rate of return on an annual basis as is considered consistent with prudent investment risk and the preservation of capital. The fund invests in a combination of domestic and international mutual funds sponsored by MassMutual or its affiliates ("underlying funds"). It allocates its assets among underlying funds according to an asset allocation strategy that becomes increasingly conservative until it reaches approximately 50% in equity and similar funds and 50% in fixed income funds, including money market funds, in 2040, and approximately 35% in equity and similar funds and 65% in fixed income funds.
