Summary

The investment seeks the highest total return over time with an increased emphasis on capital preservation as the target date approaches. The fund operates under a "fund of funds" structure. It will invest at least 80% of or more of net assets in underlying funds, including exchange traded funds. Approximately 94% of these underlying funds will invest primarily in equity securities and 6% will invest primarily in fixed income securities.
