It will invest at least 80% of its net assets in established companies in the technology and science sectors, including in established companies in the semiconductor, semiconductor equipment, hardware, software, services, communications, biotechnology medical devices and pharmaceutical sectors, and may invest in other sectors if determined to be in the shareholders' best interests.
