It invests up to 50% of the fund's total assets in equity securities of foreign issuers, including up to 15% of the fund's total assets in equity securities of emerging markets issuers, directly or through ADRs and similar investments. The fund invests up to 25% of its total assets in any one foreign country, although investments in Japan may exceed this limitation; and primarily in issuers with average market capitalizations of $500 million or more. It is non-diversified.
