Summary
The investment seeks to provide total return, including capital appreciation and income. The fund generally invests at least 80% of the value of its net assets, plus any borrowing for investment purposes, in the equity securities, both common and preferred, of domestic or foreign utility companies, their suppliers and subcontractors. It will invest 25% or more of its total assets in securities of public utility companies. The fund also invests in companies that derive at least 50% of their revenues from supplying services and equipment to utility companies.
